Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rächer studios website at racherstudios.com and the purchase of any digital products offered through it. By visiting our site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
rächer studios is an independently operated digital product brand. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and rächer studios with respect to your use of our site and products.
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not complete a purchase.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing racherstudios.com, adding a product to your cart, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms of Service in full.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses or uses our website in any capacity.
2. Products and digital delivery
rächer studios sells digital products exclusively. All products are delivered as downloadable files via email immediately upon confirmed payment. No physical products are shipped.
What you receive: Upon purchase you will receive an email containing a secure download link. Your access to the files is unlimited and does not expire. You are responsible for saving and storing your downloaded files after purchase. rächer studios is not obligated to maintain permanent delivery infrastructure, though we will make reasonable efforts to ensure continued access.
File formats: Products are delivered as ZIP files containing PDFs and editable formats where specified on the product page. It is your responsibility to review the product description carefully before purchasing to confirm the formats meet your requirements.
Product descriptions: We make every effort to accurately describe the contents of each product. In the event of a discrepancy between the product description and the delivered files, please contact us via our FAQ & Contact page and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, including changes to Founding Access pricing. The price displayed at the time you complete checkout is the price you will be charged.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. rächer studios does not store your full payment card details. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Founding Access pricing is available for a limited period at our discretion. We make no guarantee as to how long this pricing will remain available. Purchases made at Founding Access pricing are not eligible for price matching if the price subsequently changes in either direction.
4. Refunds and returns
All sales are final. Because our products are digital files delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under standard circumstances.
Exceptions are limited to documented cases of duplicate charges or payment processing errors, as described in full in our Refund Policy. Please review our Refund Policy before completing your purchase.
By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, understand what is included, and accept that the sale is final upon payment confirmation.
5. License and permitted use
Upon purchase of any rächer studios product, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the included files for personal, business, and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions set out below.
You may:
- Use the files for your own business campaigns and marketing
- Customize, adapt, and deploy the content for your own business or on behalf of clients
- Use the files across multiple client projects
- Share files internally within your own organization or with contractors working directly on your behalf
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the original or minimally modified files as your own product
- Package or repackage the files — in whole or in part — for sale or free distribution as a standalone product, template pack, course, or resource library
- Claim authorship or ownership of the underlying frameworks, systems, or copy structures
- Use the files in any way that violates applicable law or infringes on the rights of any third party
rächer studios retains all intellectual property rights in the original files, frameworks, and copy structures included in our products. Your license grants you the right to use and adapt the content — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

6. Intellectual property
All content on racherstudios.com — including but not limited to product files, copy, design, branding, frameworks, system names, and methodology — is the intellectual property of rächer studios and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, copy, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from racherstudios.com or our products without our express written permission, except as permitted under Section 5 of these Terms.
The rächer studios name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary. Use of our brand name or assets in any context that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without our written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
rächer studios products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the products beyond what is explicitly stated in the product descriptions on our website.
We do not warrant that:
- The products will meet your specific business requirements or expectations
- Use of the products will result in any particular business outcome, revenue increase, lead generation result, or campaign performance
- The products will be compatible with all third-party tools, platforms, or software you may use
Any examples, case studies, or outcome-oriented language on our website are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee of results. Business results depend on a wide range of factors outside our control, including but not limited to your industry, market conditions, offer quality, deployment effort, and audience targeting.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rächer studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
In no event shall rächer studios' total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your purchase exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Prohibited conduct
When using racherstudios.com you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect data from our website
- Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the functioning of our website
- Use our products or brand in any way that is fraudulent, misleading, or harmful to rächer studios or its customers
10. Third-party tools and platforms
Our products are designed to be used in conjunction with a range of third-party marketing tools, platforms, and services. rächer studios does not endorse, warrant, or take responsibility for any third-party tool, platform, or service that you choose to use in connection with our products.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you use, including but not limited to email marketing platforms, advertising networks, CRM systems, and website builders.
11. Changes to products and pricing
rächer studios reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We may update product files to improve content, correct errors, or expand what is included. Updates to purchased products will be made available to existing customers where reasonably practicable, at our discretion.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
12. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of racherstudios.com following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through direct contact with rächer studios shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
We encourage you to contact us via our FAQ & Contact page before pursuing any formal dispute resolution. The majority of issues can be resolved quickly and directly without legal proceedings.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and rächer studios with respect to your use of our website and purchase of our products. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between us relating to the same subject matter.
