rächer studios sells digital products exclusively. We do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical goods. No physical items will ever be mailed, shipped, or delivered to you as part of any purchase made through racherstudios.com.

How delivery works

All products are delivered digitally via email immediately upon confirmed payment. Here is what to expect after your purchase is complete:

Step 1 — Payment confirmation Once your payment is confirmed, your order is processed automatically. This happens instantly in the vast majority of cases.

Step 2 — Download email You will receive an email containing your secure download link at the email address provided at checkout. This email is sent automatically and typically arrives within minutes of your purchase being confirmed.

Step 3 — Download your files Click the download link in your email to access your ZIP file. Your files are available immediately. Your download access is unlimited and does not expire — you can return to your download link at any time.

Delivery timeframe

Digital delivery is instant upon payment confirmation. There are no handling times, shipping windows, or dispatch delays. If you do not receive your download email within a few minutes of purchase, please take the following steps before contacting us:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Confirm the email address entered at checkout was correct
  • Check that your payment was fully confirmed and did not encounter an error at checkout

No shipping costs

Because all products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping costs, handling fees, or delivery charges of any kind. The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay.

International customers

rächer studios products are available for purchase worldwide. Because delivery is entirely digital, there are no international shipping restrictions, customs fees, import duties, or border-related delays. Your files are delivered to your email address regardless of your location.

Lost or missing files

Your download access is unlimited and does not expire. If you lose access to your files — for example due to a change of email address or a deleted email — please contact us via our FAQ & Contact page with your order number and we will do our best to assist you in recovering access.
