REFUND POLICY

Digital Product Policy

All rächer studios products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Because files are granted access to and delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, all sales are final and non-refundable under all standard circumstances.

Please review all product pages carefully — including the full file breakdown, format details, and "Is This For Me?" section — before completing your purchase. We have made every effort to be transparent about what is included in each product so you can make a confident, informed decision before checkout.


What you receive after purchase

Upon confirmed payment you will receive an email containing your download link. Your files are available immediately and your download access is unlimited — there is no expiry on your link and no limit on how many times you can download your files. Your purchase is yours to keep permanently.

If you do not receive your download email within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us. If the issue persists, reach out via our FAQ & Contact page with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.


All sales are final

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, rächer studios does not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit under standard circumstances. This policy applies to all products — the Starter Toolkit Lite, the Starter Toolkit, and the Campaign Vault — regardless of whether the files have been downloaded.

We do not offer refunds on the basis of:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing
  • Incompatibility with third-party tools or platforms not specified as requirements
  • Dissatisfaction with results after deployment

Exceptions and error resolution

While our standard policy is all sales final, we are committed to acting ethically in cases of genuine service or payment errors. The following situations will be reviewed upon submission of documented proof:

Duplicate charges: If a confirmed payment error results in your card being charged more than once for the same order, contact us via the FAQ & Contact page with your order number and proof of the duplicate transaction. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded in full.

Payment processing errors: If a technical error during checkout results in a charge without a corresponding order or file delivery, contact us with your order confirmation or bank statement showing the charge. Verified cases will be resolved promptly.

File delivery failure: If your download link fails to deliver accessible files and the issue cannot be resolved through re-downloading, contact us with your order number. We will ensure you receive access to the files you purchased.

To submit a claim under any of the above, please use the FAQ & Contact page and include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. We review all submissions and respond as quickly as possible.


Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a question or concern about your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues directly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated for delivered digital products without first contacting rächer studios may be disputed with documented proof of delivery and access.


Product updates

rächer studios may update product files from time to time to improve content, correct errors, or expand what is included. If a product you have purchased is updated, you will receive access to the updated files at no additional cost via your original download link or a new delivery email. Updates are not guaranteed and are provided at our discretion.
